Mobile Recharge - Users can initiate mobile recharge transactions using their wallet balance. - All recharge transactions are final and cannot be canceled once initiated. - Users must ensure that they enter the correct mobile number and other relevant details while initiating a recharge. We are not responsible for any incorrect transactions due to user error. 4. Refund Policy - In case of a failed or incorrect recharge transaction, users can request a refund. - Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date. - Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the refund request. - Refunds will be credited back to the user’s wallet. 5.
