Pointers is a company being developed by Prabhakar Jha and his team. Prabhakar Jha is a B.Tech graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dhanbad and completed his schooling at JNV Darbhanga, Bihar. With a strong background in both engineering and leadership, Prabhakar brings a wealth of knowledge to the educational and technological space.
Before working on Pointers, he held the position of Principal Engineer at Magicpin, where he was responsible for leading large-scale projects like customer iOS apps, customer web platforms, and merchant products. His experience in handling cross-functional teams and overseeing development processes has allowed him to develop scalable, efficient technical solutions.
Prabhakar is passionate about education, technology, and simplifying complex concepts. His educational initiatives focus on making learning accessible and effective for students across India.
In 2010, Prabhakar was selected for the prestigious JENESYS program, a Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths, through which he visited Tokyo and Okinawa. This opportunity further broadened his global perspective and technological understanding.
Pointers has now been chosen for the Microsoft Founders Program as well as the AWS Activate Program, providing the company with access to powerful resources and networks to accelerate growth and innovation.
